Service Center Park Lontzen – part of the industrial park Eupen-Lontzen-Welkenraedt-Baelen 
 The industrial park of Lontzen, Herbesthalerbaum, will encompass an area of 40.00 ha.
Development will begin in 2008.
It will be part of the new industrial park Eupen-Lontzen-Welkenraedt-Baelen, which will encompass an overall area of 220 ha.
The Lontzen part will be located north of exit 38 of the motorway, near the N 67.
