Kelmis – in the center of the Euregio Maas-Rhein  The community of Kelmis
By area size, it is the smallest. however, the community of Kelmis counts more than 10,000 inhabitants and therefore takes second place within the communities of the German Language Community. The extremely varied and remarkable history, the neutrality for a whole century, and in particular the geographic location in the border triangle, have marked the community of Kelmis.
